Job Description

Lead Origin is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative who will be focused on lead generation and driving new business opportunities for the organization. You will own initiatives related to identifying and developing new strategic client relationships via LeadOrigin’s proprietary lead-generation activities. This role will be reporting directly to the Business Development Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Source, qualify, and support sale cycles of prospective new LeadOrigin clients 
  • Effectively communicate LeadOrigin’s capabilities and our competitive advantage to prospective clients 
  • Become an expert in our service offerings and proficiently explain each of them to the client and how they will uniquely impact their business
  • Develop agency business across key categories as determined by leadership
  • Ability to utilize technology to engage clients in new and exciting ways 
  • Prepare and lead the transition of accounts to Senior Salespeople 
  • Manage the business development process relating to scheduling outreach and follow up, tracking lead status via our CRM, and interfacing with internal teams to accomplish sales goals 
  • Contribute to new business and thought leadership opportunities

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of business development and/or sales experience in a service-based industry 
  • Understanding of sales philosophies and practices 
  • Prior experience with digital marketing services preferred
  • Must have strong communication and presentation skills and work well within a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new software, services, and procedures 
  • Knowledge of MS Office & G-Suite, Experience with CRMs 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Comfortable with high volume communication via phone and email
  • Ability to ask insightful questions, absorb valuable information from potential clients, and take diligent notes
  • Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and grow within the company as well as the Ability to quickly pick up new skills 
  • Ability to uncover new sales opportunities and a relentless persistence in pursuing the opportunities 
  • Team-player attitude, but with a self-starting entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to work independently 
  • Stay current on the latest PPC advertising trends, tools
  • Graphic design, development, and/or copywriting experience a huge plus
