Job Description

LeadOrigin is seeking an experienced customer success manager who can cultivate the level of attention we strive to give our clients and their overall marketing success. Your primary responsibility will be acting as the first point of contact for LeadOrigin’s clients and ensuring their marketing objectives are being adequately met.

Job Responsibilities

  • Tracking and owning Client Success metrics including client satisfaction, response times, and reference statuses
  • Onboarding new accounts
  • Provide continued client support for marketing strategies
  • Provide digital strategy and guidance to improve clients’ marketing performance and online visibility
  • Ensure client retention and satisfaction while actively monitoring client health metrics
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that will improve the overall client experience
  • Implement client success best practices in a variety of use cases and industry verticals
  • Conduct regular account reviews and marketing launch meetings to celebrate positive outcomes and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ensure clients are 100% satisfied!

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of advertising agency experience
  • Minimum of 1 year as an Account Manager where you were responsible for your client’s relationship and success
  • Digital marketing and web design project experience
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents including strategy briefs and SOWs
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to demonstrate interpretation capabilities
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills who demonstrate empathy and commitment to the client and the agency team
