Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, outbound sales techniques, and experience using sales intelligence platforms such as Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, ZoomInfo, Hunter, and Apollo.io for cold outreach.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through various outbound sales techniques such as cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Conduct presentations and demos of our services to potential clients, explaining the benefits and advantages of working with our agency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and generating new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitors’ strategies to continuously improve sales tactics and approaches.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional networks and generate new leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including meetings, presentations, and proposals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • Experience using software tools such as Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, ZoomInfo, Hunter, Outreach.io, Apollo.io, etc for cold outreach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (not required)
  • At least 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in digital marketing or related industry.
