Personal Assistant to Executives

Job Description

The Personal Assistant to the CEO & President will provide administrative and personal support to the CEO & President. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Personal Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the CEO & President’s schedule runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO & President’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders,
  • including clients, partners, and employees.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and mail, responding promptly and professionally to urgent matters.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
  • Manage the CEO & President’s expenses, including reconciling credit card statements, and preparing expense reports.
  • Assist with special projects and events as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and good judgment, with the ability to handle confidential information.
