Job Description

LeadOrigin is seeking an experienced Search Engine Marketing Strategy Manager who is eager to grow within our Marketing Team. You will be overseeing a team of PPC specialists to ensure our client’s paid media goals are continuously exceeded. You will also be overseeing a team of SEO experts to ensure our client’s online presence is always optimized. We expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You’ll balance a multitude of projects & tasks, and your day-to-day life will be constantly changing and evolving. You’ll collaborate and work alongside internal teams to create and share content that continuously drives our clients’ brands forward.

Job Responsibilities

  • Driving relevant traffic and generating quality leads for our clients by performing keyword research, competitive analysis, and executing campaigns on Google Ads and other search providers
  • Help develop and manage successful SEO campaigns including managing and analyzing best-in-class landing pages with a focus on cross-linking, content quality, and other SEO best practices that engage and convert
  • Analyzing, tracking, and reporting on overall organic search performance, using data to report progress on key initiatives with insights that will shape future SEO strategies
  • Create and maintain keyword bids, account budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important metrics to continually improve and optimize PPC strategies
  • Measure the results of your strategies with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEM Rush
  • Building content strategy aligned with SEO and internal linking practices and working with copywriters to execute
  • Share reports outlining the performance of traffic, rankings, conversions and other trends to our clients through email, phone calls and in-person meetings.
  • Thinking creatively with your team to come up with new strategies that are aligned with the client’s ultimate business goals.
  • Serve as the point person for PPC and SEO related questions and strategy across the business
  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients as we consider LeadOrigin to be in the business of helping companies and people succeed!

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Google Ads Specialist or similar role
  • At least 3 years of experience as a SEO Specialist or similar role
  • Agency experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Great communication and presentational skills
