Eric's Car Care is an automotive repair shop that provides services such as: engine diagnostic/repair, AC system repairs, brakes, oil changes, state inspection, wheel alignment, and several other car-related services. They were looking for a full revamp and all their digital presence
The main goal was to help rebrand their business and bring it online, which had been experiencing stagnancy after 17 years of being in business, by building their digital presence.
Before the partnership, Eric’s Car Care had no digital presence apart from their Google MyBusiness Page. Their business had been declining, and they had reached a state of stagnancy.
Our first task was creating a completely new logo and brand guidelines for Eric's Car Care.
We made a new and modern logo which we then based on the branding guidelines. This kept the business brand uniformity consistent throughout.
We went a step further with the branding by helping them change the appearance of their office to suit the new brand image that had been created. We designed all the marketing print collateral for their location.
We consulted with Eric's Car Care by studying the efficiency of their employees. We noticed that they needed a new operations administrator, which we assisted in hiring and training. This kept the business running smoothly with the high influx of customers.
We consulted with them by listening to all the calls coming into the business and checking whether the attending employee was doing a good job or not. If they weren't, we let the business owner know so appropriate measures could be taken.
We built a website for the business that showed all the services they had to offer and included the option of scheduling appointments on the website.
This way, they could immediately know when and what a customer was coming in for and they could plan accordingly.
We took charge of their paid advertising. We did Google ads, Instagram ads, and Facebook ads which widened their reach by almost 1 million.
We built an Email list of 5,500+ recipients and used the list as a way of getting feedback from their clients.
We did this by sending out follow-up emails asking for reviews and tips on how Eric’s Car Care could improve its services.
Since we began working with Eric's Car Care, their revenue has doubled. They had a revenue amount of $70,000, which doubled to $180,000 in 16 months. Through our online marketing efforts, they reached over 1 million users locally.
They also ranked 1st on Google for over 18 keywords and generated 220+ 5-star reviews through email marketing.
