Rapid Care ER is an emergency room with two locations in Houston, Texas open 24/7. They employ Board-Certified Physicians and Experienced Nurses to handle all emergency cases.
They were looking to partner with a marketing team to revamp their branding, get a website rebuilt and start spreading awareness on social media.
For this client, the challenge was to rebuild their website, which had been compromised with the japanese keyword hack, and create a strong digital presence for them, which they didn’t have before. With our expertise in branding and digital marketing, we completed the challenge with amazing results.
The goal was to fix their website, which was poorly built and hacked. It had been impossible to fix it, so we built a new website on WordPress.
We added a few upgrades to the new website, like allowing their patients to book appointments online and scheduling the time they could come in for their appointments across both locations.
Unlike the old website, the new website we built ran faster and more efficiently. We also removed all the spam links from their URL and added security to prevent another hack on their website.
Before building their website, we needed a theme, after multiple brand concepts. We created something Rapid Care ER was set to move forward with. We then laid this guideline out in all of their digital presence to keep a tone of emergency.
We provided our Paid Advertising Management that ran across Google ads, Facebook ads, and Instagram ads. We promoted all their services, creating awareness in the areas of their location. The goal was to let everyone know in that area, if you're ever in need of an emergency, you know where to go.
Rapid Care ER had no digital presence whatsoever before. Our goal was to create a strong digital presence online for their business. This would expand their audience reach and get them more patients. Through focusing on keywords related to their services and emergency, we were able to increase their ranking quickly and drastically.
Rapid Care ER was looking for something to help boost their reviews online, we used email marketing to get more feedback from their past patients.
This created past patients leaving a review online about their experience, building much stronger credibility on Google, Facebook and Yelp.
Presently, Rapid Care ER has a very strong online presence. They have been able to reach 500K people in terms of visibility. The positive feedback from their clients has also increased drastically.
They went from having no positive reviews to having 180 5-Star reviews in the time that we have worked with them.
They have also ranked for 1,381 keywords.
